Step into the ice cave!

I’ve decided to do the blog now in English since we had several non-German-speakers signing up and it seems everybody’s fine with English.

So Rich and I have been scouting the glaciers and also found a rare ice cave created by the massive swall of the melting glacier. Our guide disappeared in the cave so I was curious to check it out myself.

We’ve also been doing the first series of interviews with our partners Global2000 and Greenpeace

Wolfgang Pekny from www.footprint.at (website in German only!) was a great person to hang and talk.

But again see for yourself  how fast the glaciers melt these days…

2. Tag Global Warning Scout!

Rich und ich waren nach dem Gletscherspaziergang oberhalb von Vent ziemlich am Ende. Insgesamt 9 Stunden auf den Beinen, nicht ganz einfach fuer solche Stadtstrawanzer wie wirs sind. Haben uns dann auf den Weg zum naechsten Ziel gemacht. Dem Ortler. Wir haben fantastische Bilder dort eingefangen. Hier ein kleines Video davon.
